NNW Background Worker
Google connection privacy policy
Effective when published. Prepared October 9, 2026.
This policy describes Natural Nutrition Works’ use of Google account information through NNW Background Worker. The connection is for NNW’s account owner and authorized operators.
Information accessed and its purpose
We use the Google account’s email address and profile information to verify the connected account. Depending on the authorized task, the connection can access Gmail messages and mailbox information; Drive files and their contents; Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; calendars and events; and task lists. Its permissions also allow creating, editing, sending, organizing, or deleting relevant items. Actions must remain within the account owner’s instructions.
This information is used for requested NNW mail, file, document, calendar, and task administration.
Processing and sharing
The connection sends authenticated requests to Google’s services. Authorized operators may use AI-assisted tools, including Codex, to perform requested tasks. Relevant task content may be processed by the service providers supporting those tools; processing is limited to the requested functionality. This connection does not authorize selling Google account information, transferring it to advertising platforms, or using it for targeted advertising.
Google data may be disclosed only as necessary for authorized features, security, or applicable legal obligations. Human review of specific account content requires the account owner’s authorization, except where needed for security or legal obligations. Google data is not to be used to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage and retention
Google authorization credentials are held in the locally installed CLI’s encrypted credential storage. Account information can appear in task outputs or working files when needed to complete an authorized task. Credentials remain until removed, revoked, or invalidated. Task outputs remain until the authorized operator deletes them. These outputs and the computer holding credentials must be protected from unauthorized access.
Your controls
You can stop tasks, instruct the operator to remove local credentials and task outputs, or revoke access through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized API access but does not itself delete task outputs already saved. Contact naturalnutritionworks@gmail.com for questions or deletion requests.
Google API commitments
Our handling of information obtained through Google APIs must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Changes to the connection’s purposes or data handling require updated disclosures and renewed consent where applicable.
