Google connection terms of use

Who may use this connection

NNW Background Worker is available to Natural Nutrition Works’ account owner and authorized operators for NNW business administration. Only connect an account you are authorized to manage.

Authorized tasks

The connection can manage Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Tasks using the permissions granted through Google. Granting those permissions does not itself authorize every possible action. Operators must follow the account owner’s instructions, respect any approval requirements, and review consequential actions such as sending messages, deleting records, or sharing files before executing them.

Account security and appropriate use

Protect the computer, credentials, and task outputs. Do not disclose authorization tokens or credentials, access another person’s account without permission, misrepresent the connection, or use Google account information for purposes prohibited by Google’s policies.

Third-party services

Google services and any tools used to operate this connection remain subject to their own applicable terms and availability. This connection is operated by Natural Nutrition Works. Read the privacy policy for how account information is handled.

Ending access and changes

The account owner may stop using the connection and revoke its access through Google Account connections. NNW may disable the connection for security, misuse, or maintenance. Changes to these terms will be reflected on this page; changes to Google data use or permissions require updated disclosures and consent where applicable.
